Our Krav Maga Conditioning Program offers specialized and unique fitness classes that you can’t get anywhere else. Whether you are interested in fitness classes only, or you wish to enhance your Krav Maga self defense and fighting training, the Krav Maga Conditioning Program brings a fresh experience to the total body workout.
Combat Conditioning Bag- Where fitness meets fighting!
Heavy bags, Medicine balls, Kettle bells and jump ropes are just a few of the tools used in this class.
This class features a combination of strength training, dynamic flexibility, and heavy bag work. The focus of this class is to emphasize muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. Students will learn correct body alignment to maximize efficiency, while refining Krav Maga technique through repetition, drills, and punch kick combinations on the bag. Boxing gloves or bag gloves are required.
Combat Conditioning Circuit- Train like an athlete.
Designed to work on all components of athletic skill, this class is done in a station format. Each station has different exercises and drills that increase balance, coordination, agility, speed, power, and flexibility. There is a large focus on functional movements, stability, and strength.
Combat Conditioning Kettlebells- Challenge yourself.
The Kettle Bell was originally developed in Russia as a form of strength training for athletes and military. It is a dynamic tool that moves and rotates within the hand. The kettle bell’s offset center of gravity demands constant control and concentration from the student and is a highly effective tool from developing strength and power.
